Cottage back yard dream
While for many “the cottage” conjures up visions of long drives to lazy summer fun, where lasting memories are born on boats , on water-skis and in play with Siblings, Moms, Dads, Cousins and friends but for this client their home-in-the-City had to also double as their family retreat. The “nearby” location was a must to be able to help their aging parents.
But they didn’t want to forego the pleasantries and fun of the cottage. The Chatsworth team, after listening carefully built them their lakeside retreat without venturing to Northern locales. Looking out onto Lake Ontario from jumbo sliding doors that enclose the indoor pool just begins to tell the story.
A state of the art movie theatre, gun range, wine-vault, rooftop entertaining patio, music room, car lifts, the list goes on and all controlled via a intelligent home system.
