In the early 1970’s Chatsworth Fine Homes’ founder, Fil Capuano, plied his trade as an apprentice, working on some of England’s Grand Victorian estate homes.

Captivated by the artistry of the skilled craftsmen he laboured under, and following in his builder father and uncle’s footsteps, Fil was committed to continuing his craft and established Chatsworth Fine Homes in Canada. Since establishing Chatsworth 40 years ago, the team's mission has been to help discerning clients create their own grand estates across Oakville, Mississauga and Burlington.

While Chatsworth has multi-generational family roots, the current leadership team consists of a new generation, experienced in high-performance, “Gold Standard” building practices.

Paul and Daniel work alongside Fil and Nick, continuing a tradition of exceptional and socially responsible premium home construction, supported by a white-glove approach. The entire team is committed to carrying on the time-honoured tradition of conscientious and exacting craftsmanship, bringing the same painstaking attention to detail to every luxury home they build.
