We are now coming out of the ground with this ultra-modern family home on the exclusive Doulton Drive in Mississauga. The foundations are almost complete with waterproofing scheduled to be wrapped up in the upcoming weeks.
Designed by JPT Architects from Windsor, this home will be hurricane proof with a completely noncombustible rigid steel frame and solid concrete floors. The shell will be super insulated with spray foam and sealed from air leaks.
As the exterior suggests, the interior will be replete with sleek modern lines and minimalistic contemporary décor. Large floor to ceiling glass brings a modern feeling to the home, with the outdoors embracing inside with cascading light. In warmer weather the indoor pool’s walls will open up to outside and access to the sport court and lush landscaped gardens.
Extra special features include an underground 8-car garage and a large generator to guarantee seamless power during any outages.
