As with most of our builds, the homeowners’ personality is infused into the plans from the outset. The owners, celebrating their Italian family traditions had a masonry pizza oven and a full outdoor kitchen built as the center of family fun on the rear loggia overlooking a pool, hot tub and cabana. The home’s all stone façade suggests romanesque details in its columns, crown mould, and frieze.

Through the front door large marble slabs lead you along the hall to a traditionally detailed and highly finished kitchen great room. In the traditional Italian style ceramics, stone and marble are used exclusively throughout the bathrooms with backlit onyx as a signature slab in the master ensuite. A balcony off the master provides a delightful view of the treed lot, yard and pool. The basement is all about fun with a golf simulator, wine cellar and theatre room.
