After a long search in a busy housing market and after many close bids for potentials, we helped our client find this lot, finally the perfect choice. With a rigorous cost/benefit analysis the decision was taken to upgrade the home to NET ZERO specifications with high performance windows, higher insulation values and an air sealed shell. Along with employing air source heat pumps that add up to half the annual energy usage compared to a similar home built to code. It also adds up to a comfortable and healthy home! Judging by the fine finishes one wouldn’t have a notion that this home is high performance “under the hood”. 

Close coordination with Regina Sturrock’s interior design team meant the precise and exacting details were brought to fruition in short order. The perfect trims and balance of colour and symmetry make this home a true work of art.
