When our client had to choose between renovating, moving, or building, they interviewed different contractors and builders and chose Chatsworth to build a brand new custom home on their existing lot. Architectural Design by Architect Gren Weis, the interior design for this home was done by Jane Lockhart Designs.

Notable features include a fully engineered home theatre, storage under the garage for a busy family, an outdoor dining space with radiant heaters, built in BBQ and outdoor fireplace, and fully automated lighting throughout. The materials for the stone façade were sourced and imported from the United States, and like our other projects, this home was built on time and on budget!
