Chatsworth fine homes is now entering its fortieth year in business and is celebrating by looking back at some of the builds we have been privileged to be a part of over the years.
It’s now 10 years since our client came to us in North Burlington to build his custom home. For this project, like many client Gerry began the journey with some trepidation. Will I really get a custom build? Will it be to my specs? Will there be major cost over runs ? Will it be delivered on time?
After working with the Chatsworth team for a few weeks Gerry appeared with a Mike Holmes “manual of building” book. Wondering what this was about was truthfully a little nerve racking. He then put the book down and to our relief reported that he had been tracking the planning and progress phase of his new home and was glad to report the Chatsworth team ticked all the boxes for his Burlington custom home and he was now comfortable to leave the guidance of the famed TV personality “on the shelf”.
The project was completed on time and on budget. We like to think it’s because of the exacting standards and detailed standards we’ve developed over the years, to deliver a very high quality luxury home for our clients and their families to enjoy!
