Discovery

We begin by listening to your vision, identifying potential roadblocks, and developing a preliminary budget to start the process collaboratively.

Construction Agreement

After the budget is approved, a construction agreement will outline the project's scope, schedule, costs, and warranty details.

Budget

We use our industry experience to set a precise budget and provide transparent, detailed reports so you always have a clear snapshot of the finances.

Design

We collaborate with your architect and designer to meet your wishlist within budget, integrating sustainable building practices without sacrificing the aesthetic.

Final Budgeting and Refining

While the permit application is in process, we conduct a final review to refine your home's details and budget , allowing for any last-minute adjustments after reflection.

The Build

During construction, we hold weekly meetings to review progress, costs, and adjustments, ensuring you are fully informed and your home is built to your exact specifications.

Handoff

Upon completion, we present you with your home, a final package of documents, and a full orientation on the warranty, systems, and maintenance requirements.
